Najell designs and sells award-winning products for new and expecting parents. Our biggest product categories include baby carriers, baby nests and accessories for strollers. We are in rapid growth phase and our revenue has grown profitably with a pace of around 70% and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 50 employees in 2025. 

The group today consists of 2 companies but we plan on adding an additional 2-5 companies in the group during the coming years. We plan for profitable growth in the coming years and have a clear roadmap up until 2028.

The Role

Najell is looking for a Finance & Tech Manager that will lead our Finance & Tech team and report directly to the CEO. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

• Lead a team of 3 finance workers and 1 Tech Coordinator.
• Lead our financial reporting.
• Lead our internal pricing between our different companies in the group.
• Lead our cash flow planning.
• Lead the breakdown of financial goals into operational goals for different departments.
• Lead our ERP activities.
• Lead our financial compliance such as taxes and auditing.
• Deep dive into financial analysis to guide our growth efforts.
• Part of management team building a world class brand.
• And more and more and more...

Your Qualifications

• The will and ambition to build something great in a team setting.
• Higher degree education in Finance.
• Experience from a fast growing brand.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Experience of cash flow planning and optimization. 
• Experience of Business Central is meriting.
• Experience to lead own team and outside of own team as this role includes coordinating and working across departments.
• Can do attitude willing to make sure we achieve results.
• Ability to move between complex tasks and big and small improvement projects.
