The Buying & Supply Chain team contribute to the Najells customer offer by developing a network of product and transport suppliers which produce and deliver high quality products on time and at competitive prices. Our team mainly works with planning how much to purchase, negotiating prices, determining where to produce, verifying quality of production and monitoring delivery performance to act on deviations. Our customer service team is responsible for listening, learning and taking care of customer questions and concerns.
