Customer Service Representative (0-16 hours per week)
At Najell, we create products to empower parents who want to live life on their own terms. Our fast-growing brand offers innovative and design-driven baby products such as Baby Carriers, SleepCarrier, pregnancy collection and many more. Based in central Lund, Sweden, we are reaching 30-50% more customers year on year through new fantastic products and expanding sales worldwide. We intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 50 employees by the end of 2025.
The Role
Najell is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our office in Lund, Sweden, on a part time basis (up to 16 hours, preferably during Monday-Wednesday).
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of our Buying, Supply Chain, and Customer Service team, which is responsible for purchase planning, logistics follow-up, and improving quality based on customer feedback from all our channels.
Customer Service is the first point of contact when something goes wrong, making this role an important starting point for many improvement initiatives. Most of your work will be computer-based, primarily through email, phone and chat. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers, and we see you as an important part of that.
Alongside direct customer contact, you will also assist with logistics tasks, giving you a broader view of our team’s work.
