Sales Representative – Nordics
Najell designs and sells award-winning products for new and expecting parents. Our biggest product categories include baby carriers, baby nests and accessories for strollers. At Najell, you get the opportunity to work with a fast growing brand. Our office is located attractively in the center of Lund. Our turnover is growing very rapidly across many markets, and we aim to continue that journey with a growing team of 50+ people by 2025.
The Role
Najell is now looking to expand the sales team with a Sales Representative for the Nordic market.
In the role you will;
- Grow and manage customer relationships across the Nordic markets.
- Increase sell through of our brand at the retail partner.
- Increase the amount of different SKU:s that our retail partners buy from us
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our partners feel connected to Najell and our values
- Provide training to retailers on Najell’s products and brand story
- Collect feedback from retailers and share insights with relevant internal teams
- Ensure that our products are presented in-store according to our brand guidelines
- Participate in trade shows and other events together with the team
You will have a lot of freedom in how you structure your work. We expect you’ll spend around 60% of your time visiting customers and the rest from the our HQ in Lund.
About You
You are a results-driven person who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. You spot opportunities and ensure they become reality. You’re hands-on, take ownership, and want to be part of building something great.
You may not have worked in our industry before, but you have experience in selling to or working with retailers. Understanding store staff needs and how to support them in selling our products will be valuable. Product presentation, staff education, and strong communication skills are key parts of this role.
Fluency in more than one Nordic language is, of course, ideal — but we believe the right person can succeed even with a strong command of just one.
You bring relevant experience and/or a matching educational background. A degree in marketing or e-commerce is a plus, but experience in a sales-driven role is more important – preferably in fashion or retail.
