Business Controller
Najell designs and sells award-winning products for new and expecting parents. Our biggest product categories include baby carriers, baby nests and accessories for strollers. Here at Najell, you get the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing brand. Our office is located attractively in the centre of Lund. Our turnover has increased with around 50% in the last couple of years and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 50 employees in 2025.
Are You the One?
Najell is looking for a driven Business Controller to join our Finance & Tech team. As our Business Controller you will work with financial operations and ensure smooth and accurate financial internal and external reporting. In this role, you will work with one of our main categories, drive sales initiatives, and support strategic decision-making through data and insights. This position will be based at Najell’s HQ in central Lund and is not a remote or hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations.
- Take responsibility for the financial performance, and strategic direction of your assigned category.
- Budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Analyze sales, margins, and key business drivers to identify opportunities and risks. Deliver actionable insights to support commercial decisions.
- Take an active role in developing and automating our business systems and processes, with a focus on tools such as Business Central and Dynamics 365.
We Think You Are:
- Experience in financial analysis, business controlling, or performance management.
- A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Strong skills in Excel and financial systems — experience with Business Central, Dynamics 365, or similar tools is highly meriting.
- Interest or experience in IT-related topics such as system implementation, automation, or integration between finance and business tools.
- Experience from retail and e-commerce is considered a plus.
