Product Compliance Coordinator

As Strategic PurchaserProduct Compliance Coordinator, your mission is to develop and execute product compliance within mechanical and material spheres. You will also represent Najell in the development of good standardization practices around the world. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop internal knowledge of safety standards within the organisation
• Organise and conduct tests of existing and upcoming products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development to make sure products are developed according to risk assessments and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to make sure production follows set up standards and procedures.
• Represent Najell and take part in standardization development.
• Coordinate Market communication to make sure communication is according to product safety guidelines.

• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain development and/or product development, ideally in consumer products or manufacturing.
• Experience of working with different materials and products.
• Familiarity with product development processes, BOMs, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience within the sustainability and compliance field.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
