The Role

Najell is looking for a driven Commercial Coordinator to join our Sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products reach their full potential — identifying opportunities and finding new ways to drive growth within your product category. The position will be based in Najell’s HQ in an inspiring office in central Lund.

You are expected to bring:

• A commercial opportunistic mindset when it comes to sales, performance, and growth.
• A proactive digital first approach.
• Thriving in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing environment.
• Relevant higher education and/or experience of digital retail.
• Strong self-motivation and a can-do attitude toward achieving goals together.
• Experience in merchandising, category management or e-commerce is a plus

Job Description

• Take ownership of your product categories and find creative ways to drive growth and visibility.
• Identify and highlight what makes each product stand out in the market and work with the team to make sure that value is clearly reflected across channels.
• Stay on top of competitor activity and market trends to uncover new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Drive category sales across an international environment.
• Plan and execute campaigns and commercial activations together with the brand and marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely across teams to make sure our products reach and engage the right customers in the right way.
