Najell designs and sells award-winning products for new and expecting parents. Our biggest product categories include baby carriers, baby nests and accessories for strollers. Here at Najell, you get the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing brand. Our office is located attractively in the centre of Lund. We are growing at a fast pace and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 60 employees in 2026.
We are now looking for Commercial Business Developers to join our team.
The Role
As a Commercial Business Developer, you will play a key role in shaping Najell’s commercial growth. You’ll work close to both strategy and execution — leading the commercial development of one of our product categories, owning performance in a global region, and contributing to high-impact cross-functional projects.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Supply Chain. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values clarity, collaboration and momentum.
You Will
- Lead the commercial development of a product category together with cross-functional teams
- Own a global region and work toward growth targets, insights and commercial planning
- Drive and support initiatives connected to new channels, markets and business opportunities
- Analyse performance and translate insights into clear actions and improvements
- Build plans, secure alignment and follow up on activities across teams
- Strengthen our commercial processes and ways of working as we scale
You Bring
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, commercial roles or project management
- A structured, analytical and business-minded approach
- A strong sense of ownership - you move initiatives forward and follow through
- The ability to create clarity and momentum in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
- Can do attitude willing to make sure we achieve results
- Ability to move between complex tasks and big and small improvement projects
