Najell is looking for a Buying & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our fast-growing team!

Based in central Lund, Najell designs products that empower parents to live the life they choose. Our mission is to make parents feel “Free as a Parent.” Our main product categories include Baby Carriers, SleepCarrier, and Pregnancy Pillows, with plans to expand into additional product categories in the near future. Today, we are more than 50 colleagues in Lund, and during 2026 we plan to grow the team by at least 10 more people. Could you be one of them?

About the role

In this role, you will work as part of a Category Team responsible for developing a strong product portfolio and ensuring all prerequisites are in place for successful sales. You will collaborate closely with roles such as Product Designer, Sales Specialist, and Community Creator to achieve shared goals.

Who you are

We expect you to have:

• Experience and/or education in Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain

• A good understanding of the full process from production to end customer

• Strong planning skills and attention to detail

• Strong business acumen and a proactive, initiative-taking mindset

• Knowledge on textile materials is a strong benefit

Your typical tasks will include:

• Planning purchases and negotiating prices for new and existing products

• Developing new products and suggesting material options to meet quality and cost targets

• Quality verification, including measuring and evaluating samples during the purchasing process

• Sourcing and evaluating new suppliers

• Developing and improving the last-mile courier network
