Najell is looking for an action-oriented performance marketer to join our Marketing team in Lund. This role calls for a proactive person with strong ownership, energy, and the drive to deliver measurable impact. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with creative and analytical colleagues to translate visibility into meaningful growth.

You bring

• A data-driven and analytical mindset, with an understanding of how to use data and insights to drive results in paid campaigns.

• Hands-on experience executing, and managing digital campaigns across channels, such as search.

• Higher-level education and/or proven experience in marketing, performance, or analytics.

• A results-oriented mindset, taking initiative and driving initiatives to completion with focus.

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
